About the Instructor:
Brittney came to Bok Tower Gardens a year ago because of her passion to work outdoors. Prior to jumping into horticulture, she graduated college with a sports management degree. This degree assisted her in running a personal training business where she acquired specialization in plant-based nutrition.
She spent 10 years coaching many people helping them to overcome numerous chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. She even got to coach someone who overcame cancer. This 10-year experience has ignited a passion inside her to share the good news of how nutrition can change your life. Living a more plant-based lifestyle is proven to improve your health significantly.
Ticket price includes general admission to the Gardens. Tickets are available for purchase at www.boktower.org, in person at the Visitor Center or by phone at 863-734-1222.
