Mango Lassi Popsicles

Equipment

  • Food processor or blender

Ingredients
  

  • cups chopped mango (about two large mangoes
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¾ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to popsicle molds, freeze for 1 hour and then put the popsicle sticks in place.
  • Transfer popsicles back into the freezer and freeze until firm, 4-5 hours.
