Gillet-Kaufman, Associate Extension Scientist, Entymology and Nematology Department, with University of Florida will delve into the history of how insects and insect-vectored diseases have shaped the food we eat and human history by exploring the art and science of food production in Italy from bees to cheese to wine! Samples of Italian honey from the I Greppi di Silli farm, wine and a special Italian cheese are included.
