An annual rite of passage, Spring Bloom presented by AdventHealth is the most colorful time of the year as thousands of azaleas, camellias, and annuals signal a new season. The festival celebrates the majesty of Mother Nature from February 1 through April 30.

Visitors will experience four months of blooms beginning in January with a riot of camellias and finishing with a grand finale of azaleas. Each day, enjoy live carillon concerts at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Beans offer many health benefits. However, they can be difficult to digest. If you struggle with digesting beans, this class is for you. Learn the basics of making and storing your own raw fermented tempeh at home. For this workshop, we will demonstrate using non-soy beans. We will use the spore Rhizopus Oligosporus, the fungus required to inoculate the beans. While fermenting tempeh is easy, it does require careful attention. You will be equipped with knowledge from the class, a set of tempeh making instructions, plus spores to get you started at home.
