DRUMBEAT Training

DRUMBEAT is an acronym that stands for “Discovering Relationships Using Music, Beliefs, Emotions, Attitudes, Thoughts.”

This evidence-based protocol combines the power of group drumming with conversations to explore what connects us. It is being used worldwide with people of all ages and backgrounds to build community, increase mental health, and decrease isolation.

You will learn basic hand drumming (no prior experience necessary), discover how to lead group drumming and explore group facilitation strategies to maintain a safe and inclusive space for all participants.
This training is hands-on and filled with fun. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a DRUMBEAT Facilitator Manual and be accredited to begin delivering the DRUMBEAT program right away.

Join us to learn how to build resilience through rhythm!
