Yoga Kick-Off Saturday

This weekend event kicks off several weeks of yoga programming and will serve as an introduction to the program and instructor Tracy Wynter. Experience the healing power of yoga surrounded in the serenity of the gardens. Classes begins with a brief centering and evolve into a flow of movement and meditation. Comfortable outdoor dress recommended. Bring your own exercise mat and personal medical emergency supplies.

Physically, many of us lead sedentary lifestyles where due to our profession and other situations, we’re moving less and less. Yoga allows for gentle movements of the body and a slowing down of the mind, which allows us to check in with ourselves and rejuvenate.
