Yoga For Kids (August Second Session)
Things To Know
Introduce your children to a gentle yoga practice that focuses on stress relief, anger management, self-awareness & a positive self-image. Yoga mat, towel, or blanket; blocks (if desired), and water to stay hydrated. Children should wear clothes that are comfortable, yoga socks if need to avoid sliding on the mat. Meet at the Terrace Garden. For kids ages 5 and up. This is a one-hour yoga class followed by a 10-minute meditation walk or activity (so parents can wrap up their yoga at 10:15am).

All programs and classes promptly begin at stated time and visitors are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins for check-in. Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Dogs are not permitted at any educational program.
