Hear how these clusters of people have grown old without health problems such as heart disease, obesity, cancer and diabetes. Learn their secrets to a long and healthful life. “Cook-Along” on Zoom or watch the demonstration of health-enhancing foods found in areas like Okinawa, Sardinia, Nicoya, and Loma Linda, CA. Recipes are inspired by National Geographic explorer Dan Buettner’s new book, The Blue Zones Kitchen and will be included in the registration packet. Learn the benefits of these delicious and nutritious foods from a registered dietitian.
