Tempeh with Beans from the Pantry
Things To Know
Beans offer many health benefits. However, they can be difficult to digest. If you struggle with digesting beans, this class is for you. Learn the basics of making and storing your own raw fermented tempeh at home. For this workshop, we will demonstrate using non-soy beans. We will use the spore Rhizopus Oligosporus, the fungus required to inoculate the beans. While fermenting tempeh is easy, it does require careful attention. You will be equipped with knowledge from the class, a set of tempeh making instructions, plus spores to get you started at home.
