What better way to start your weekend than Tai Chi in the Gardens. People of all ages and physical conditions can learn these fluid movements that help you release tension, increase balance, and relax. Tai Chi is best practiced in loose clothing and stocking feet or comfortable flat shoes. Dress for the weather as class will be held outside.
