Master the surprisingly simple techniques for transforming royal icing and sugar cookies into edible art inspired by nature. Chef Stephanie Eckstein, Cornerstone Catering & Events, will walk through the steps of using the flooding method to create professional-style designs. Laugh and learn as you practice piping skills and create a beautifully decorated cookie.
