As we move through our day to day lives, how much energy do we expend unnecessarily? Research has shown energy levels are directly connected to emotions and emotions are directly connected to the ability to deal with stress. The HeartMath approach to personal resilience is “meditation on the go”. This introductory class will teach you how to track daily energy, emotions and provide simple breathwork practices shifting your inner state to one of peace and stillness…even in the midst of chaos.
