Join us around the fire for the second installment of our Farm To Table dinner series prepared by World Food Championship’s Amy Freeze. Take a seat with friends or cozy up around the fire pit with bowls of soups & stews guaranteed to beat the winter chill. Amy and her team will cook up a hearty winter-themed menu, including soups, stews, a craft beer-infused dessert, and drinks. A native of Polk County, Amy began cooking at 8 years old and has never stopped. She earned her place among the world’s best competitive chefs by winning the National Pie Championship, being named a 3-time World Food Championships finalist in both desserts and sandwiches, and competing on Food Network. Outside of her food competitions, Amy has become knows for her use of craft beer, even in desserts, and has successfully transitioned into recipe creation for well-known food and beverage brands.
