Join Robert Bowden, Director of Leu Gardens and author of “Growing Florida Fruits and Vegetables” for this fun farm to fork culinary journey to Tuscany. Robert will first take participants on a tour of the edible garden and provide helpful gardening tips. The class regroups in the Outdoor Kitchen to learn how to prepare a Tuscan meal with ingredients fresh from the garden. Participants will sample Chicken Marsala, Tricolor Rigatoni with Pesto and Cheese, Tuscan Bean Soup, and Ricotta Pie. Robert will be available for a book signing after the program.
