Children and Families

The Garden Campus offers children and their families a number of discovery and exploration activities throughout the year. This past year we focused on creating a long-term strategic plan for children and family programming at Bok Tower Gardens. One of our 2009 achievements was to update the grade school curriculum lesson plans offered to teachers to prepare students for visiting Bok Tower Gardens. Working in association with teachers and an environmental educator, the new Tools for Teachers curriculum was completed in late summer 2009 for rollout in the 2009-2010 academic season.
