Each year, the Rare Plant Task Force of Florida serves as the place for Florida’s professional plant conservation community to share ideas, discuss, prioritize, and coordinate ongoing plant conservation efforts around the state. The topics of this year’s meeting will showcase current rare plant conservation efforts in Florida and focus on rare plant introductions. In addition, on Friday, April 30, there will be a field workshop on rare plant monitoring.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided both days. Cocktails and dinner at a local venue will follow Thursday’s meeting.
