Now in its 20th year, Christmas at Bok Tower Gardens has become one of Central Florida’s favorite holiday destinations. With glittering decorations at the 20th anniversary Holiday Home Tour at Pinewood Estate and bright, colorful poinsettia displays lining the River of Stone – we’ve added a touch of Christmas to everything we do at the Gardens. We have also added many new activities including a family holiday weekend, decorating workshops, special nighttime carillon concert with live choir, and much more.
We invite you to gather with your family and friends and escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy holiday season. With a host of festive events, there is something for everyone to enjoy this Christmas at Bok Tower Gardens!

Now in its 20th year, the Holiday Home Tour at Pinewood Estate is the highlight of our Christmas at Bok Tower Gardens season of holiday-themed events. The 20-room, Mediterranean-style mansion is decorated by volunteers and sponsored designers. Included in combo admission ticket: $20 adults / $9 children (5-12) / $7 members
Sunset & Symphony Holiday Concert

Gather with friends and family on the Great Lawn at Bok Tower Gardens for a special holiday edition of our annual Sunset & Symphony concert featuring the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. The sounds of the Orchestra and the Singing Tower carillon will fill the air as they perform together during one of Central Florida’s favorite outdoor concerts.
Flaming torches will illuminate the Olmsted-designed pathways leading up to the 205-foot Singing Tower, housing one of the world’s great carillons and featuring carillonneur Geert D’hollander. We invite you to prepare elaborate picnics and experience a magical evening as the sun sets atop Iron Mountain.

Concert tickets include general gate admission so guests may enter anytime during the day. A limited number of concert tickets are available which include the Holiday Home Tour at Pinewood Estate for an additional fee. Pinewood Estate will remain open for tours until 5 p.m.

“Holiday Traditions” Workshop Series
December 6, 13 • 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. • Buy Tickets
Visitors can make and take their own winter wonderland décor with the Holiday Traditions Workshop Series. Learn how to create handmade Christmas decorations like festive wreaths and charming centerpieces. $15. Supplies included. Reservations are required.
Christmas Carillon Concerts
November 28 to January 4
Geert D’hollander performs Christmas music from around the world at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. every Thursday through Sunday on the 60-bell Singing Tower carillon. Student carillonneur Julie Zhu from Yale University and the Royal Carillon School in Belgium performs live on the carillon every Monday through Wednesday throughout the holiday season. All 30-minute live carillon concerts are included with general gate admission.
Winter Walking Tours
November 28 to January 4 • Mondays–Saturdays 11:45 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. / Sundays 1:45 p.m.
Volunteers lead visitors on an hour-long winter walking tour, sharing information about the flora and fauna and guiding visitors through the Gardens from Pinewood Estate to the Singing Tower. Included with general gate admission.
December 2, 9, 16 • 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Be sure to see the vintage Model A’s outside, meet historical characters from the 1930s, and catch a few surprise personalities from the past. Included with general admission.
Holiday Happy Hour
Thursday, December 11 • 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Join your friends for an early evening tour of Pinewood Estate and toast the season with a complimentary drink, light fare and holiday tunes. $15 per person; ages 21 and over.
Family Holiday Weekend

The spirit of the holidays comes to life at Bok Tower Gardens! Take photos of your kids visiting with Santa Claus,** listen to Charles Dickens-style carolers, see ice sculpture carving, and enjoy making holiday nature art with the whole family. Included with general admission.
**Santa Claus is scheduled to be at the Gardens on Sat., Dec. 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Sun., Dec. 21 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Carillon & Chorale featuring Harrison School for the Arts plus Holiday Home Tour open late
Sunday, December 21 • 7:30 p.m.
Enjoy an hour-long carillon concert under the stars with a live choir from Harrison School for the Arts. Visit Pinewood Estate for a special nighttime tour complete with hot chocolate and cookies. Light dinner available at the café before the concert for an additional fee. Last entry to Pinewood at 9 p.m. Concert Only: $5/person; free for members. Concert & Home Tour: $13/person; $7 for members.
Flicks in the Garden: Elf starring Will Ferrell
Saturday, December 27 • 7 p.m.
Spend an evening under the stars with your family and enjoy “Elf” on the big screen. After inadvertently wreaking havoc on the elf community due to his ungainly size, a man raised as an elf at the North Pole is sent to the U.S. in search of his true identity. Starring Will Ferrell, Zooey Deschanel, James Caan, Bob Newhart, Ed Asner, and Mary Steenburgen. Included with $5 admission; ages 5 and up. Under 5 admitted free.
