Enjoy the magic of the holiday season during our Christmas at Bok Tower Gardens celebration! One of Central Florida’s favorite holiday events, visitors return year after year to capture the holiday spirit during our annual Holiday Home Tour at Pinewood Estate. This year, in addition to our Holiday Home Tour, we’ve expanded one of Central Florida’s favorite holiday events to include many more festivities throughout the Gardens.

Holiday Home Tour at Pinewood Estate

November 25 – January 1 (Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. / Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m.)

With this year’s theme, “Picture Perfect,” Central Florida designers and volunteers will have starring roles as they bring award-winning films to life with a diversity of creative themes in the 20-room mansion. Built in the early 1930s with Olmsted-designed gardens, the Mediterranean-style winter retreat is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Guided Winter Walk

November 25 – January 1 (Monday – Saturday at 11:45 a.m. & 1:45 p.m. / Sunday at 1:45 p.m.)

A volunteer docent will show you around Pinewood Estate’s property, share information on the history of the home, its historic gardens and the role it plays today. Your guided tour will conclude at a newly opened viewing area across the moat from the Singing Tower’s Great Brass Door. Tours begin at Pinewood Estate and are 45 minutes in length.

Antique Car Showcase at Pinewood Estate

Tuesdays: November 29 – December 27 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Book-signing with Authors Iris and Michael Raie

December 3 from 9:45 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Meet the authors of “Holiday Creations From Your Kitchen” and “Southern Cooking with a Latin Flair” and enjoy free samples of their delicious recipes.

Holiday Film Series

December 19 – 30 at 10 a.m.

Watch favorite holiday movies in the Visitor Center including Elf, Home Alone, The Grinch, Polar Express and The Santa Clause.

Poinsettia Display

November 25 – January 1

Unique varieties of poinsettias will be on display at the Visitor Center and more than 200 red and white poinsettias at Pinewood Estate.

George Jenkins High School Golden Harmony Show Choir

December 17 from 1 – 4 p.m.

This special performance by a local high school will take place in front of Pinewood Estate. The Golden Harmony Show Choir will perform your favorite Christmas tunes.

Seasonal Carillon Music

November 26 – December 30

The Singing Tower carillon will perform seasonal music during concerts at 1 & 3 p.m. for visitors to enjoy during strolls through the historic Olmsted-designed gardens.

Holiday Concert: Asunta Fleming & Victoria de Lissovoy

December 16 & 17 at 7 p.m.

From portraying Maria in West Side Story to starring roles in film and TV, Asunta Fleming brings her star quality back to her former home in Lake Wales performing holiday favorites with pianist Victoria de Lissovoy.

Wild Christmas Decorations & Photos with Santa

Saturday, December 17 from 1 – 4 p.m.

Share Christmas with the birds this year by helping decorate a tree with naturally tasty garlands and gifts for our feathered friends.
